As a reminder, our official collection points in South Africa are below.
Our Western Cape partner collection points are serviced weekly, with collections taking place every Friday. To ensure your items are included in that week’s collection, please drop them off by the close of business on Thursday.
Collection points outside the Western Cape are serviced on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. To ensure your items are included in that week's collection, please drop them off by the close of business on Thursday.
Do not drop off your shoes at the drop-off point until pre-inspection has been completed by the team.
